Roasted Dice Studio

Embracing the Beauty of an Unstraightened Path: Roasted Dice Studio Releases 198th Single “The Tree That Wasn’t Felled” on October 21st!
Roasted Dice Studio, through their music label Roasted Dice Echoes, will officially release their 198th digital single, “Kiritaosarenakatta Ki” (The Tree That Wasn’t Felled), on October 21, 2026.
This release is an empathetic acoustic pop song celebrating individuality in a fast-paced world demanding conformity. Contrasting the rushed strides of city crowds with a gnarled, twisting tree left standing in a park, the track discovers profound freedom in being “unuseful” by conventional standards. While straight trees are felled to become pillars or polished furniture, the curved branches remain whole, free to catch the evening wind and stretch toward the starlight. Lyrical introspection meets organic acoustic arrangements, capturing the quiet dignity of growing at one’s own pace.
Lines such as “The expanse of this heart cannot be measured by another’s ruler of correctness” and “It’s fine to be clumsy, fine to take the long way around” offer gentle reassurance to anyone feeling out of step with expectations. Infused with Roasted Dice Studio’s trademark warmth—calm, deep, and aromatic like a slow evening brew—this track invites listeners to embrace their crooked branches and breathe deeply in their own rhythm.

Message from Roasted Dice Studio:
“Trying to align ourselves with rigid rules often makes us feel inadequate for our perceived clumsiness. Yet, just like the twisting tree that was never felled for lumber stands freest under the sunset sky, our detours and unique shapes make us who we are. When you find yourself sighing over a lukewarm cup of coffee at the end of the day, we hope this melody feels like a gentle evening breeze brushing your branches, reminding you that your winding path is your own beautiful home.”
